Digitalisation of education is a strategic goal in most educational institutions. It poses challenges to teaching staff requiring new digital competencies which affect the design of instruction, learning and teaching organisation, as well as teaching development.

This course will provide former trainers/teachers of the empowerment trainings in 2021 and 2022 at vocational training institutions in Sri Lanka with competencies to train fellow trainers or teachers on how to plan, implement and assure the quality of e-learning and e-teaching.
