Particularly in the area of continuing vocational training, the increasing digitization and complex technologies are playing an important role. In order to implement high-quality and participant-oriented (online) training courses, trainers must adapt to new learning models and be aware of differences and particularities when planning and implementing online training courses in comparison with face-to-face training formats. In addition to the content design, the use of suitable methods and the integration of appropriate tools and applications is necessary in order to make training as interactive as possible, but also effective. The planned online training course on Occupational Health and Safety will strengthen both, methodical and technical competencies of trainer in the Jordanian Water Sector.
